Can I get pregnant with only one ovary which has a dermoid cyst in it and endometriosis?

I have PCOS and I have to take birth control or my period will not go off. How can I get pregnant?

when I was pregnant they discovered a dermoid cyst 4cm by 2cm anyone else had this?
