I have ovarian cysts (i’m not sure how many–the E.R from a Ct. Scan said quite a few) I haven’t had my period since at least November. Is it really bad that I haven’t been getting it? (I’m not pregnant, I’ve taken a few tests). And would I possibly need surgery since it MAY be affecting my period?

I just found out that I have ovarian cysts, my doctor said that they are small and that a lot of women have them and it is nothing to be concerned about. I also had a miscarriage 6 wks ago and from researching on-line I am worried that having the cysts could have caused my miscarriage.

I get ovarian cysts because I have PCOS. For the last month, I have felt hard “lumps” on my left and right bottom abdomen. I can only feel them if I press down. I was wondering if you could feel cysts on your ovaries if they were big enough. Or if you know what these “lumps” could be. I cannot move them around or anything and when I push down on them, they hurt.

I have been having pain in my lower abdomen about a week after i have my period. I feel a fullness and it lasts about 2-3 days. I have a history of ovarian cysts…but not the bad kind. I understand that the pain could be coming from ovulation. my question is, do ovarian cysts make getting pregnant more difficult?
