ANyone can get a false positive - cysts or not. In all of the tests you took, did the positive show up during the alloted time? You can get a false positive if the tests sits for too long. Everyone gets a cyst, called a corpus luteum, on the ovary they ovulated from when they get pregnant. At my first ultrasound my cyst was the size of a golfball. That cyst is what releases the hormones and sustains the pregnancy for the first 8 weeks or so. Congrats!! I think you're pregnant.
