i’ve never had a period i’m 15 until my doc put me on birth control and it sucks(the periods)
i have PCOS well its not really confirmed yet but its pretty obvious i have all the symptoms

Ive quit taking metformin after 5yrs and started taking vitamins. i feel way better than i did taking that other stuff

Yeah, I’ve just been diagnosed after living with this for years. I have sideburns and an almost-mustache, besides the other symptoms. Compared to this woman’s problems, however, my stuff is mild.

This lady is exactly like me. I feel the same way – overnight I went from such a beautiful albeit chubby kid to “quasimodo”. SRSLY. At 9 yrs old. I’ll never forget, right after I got over chicken pox I started developing acne. My mother took me to the pediatrician because “the pox wasn’t going away”. She laughed and told my mom it was acne. That was the beginning of some crazy hormone problems for the next 10 years. Thank god for ultra low carb diets.

This happened to me too. I guess it’s very common.

Go on a very low carb diet (60 or less with most calories from fats). Almost all women with PCOS symptoms will become normal and lose weight with such a diet.
