What a popped ovarian cyst may feel like?

Im sitting here with a friend who has ovarian cysts and she has noticed that she has been bleeding for a few hours now and says that she is cramping as if she has her period she just had her period two weeks ago and is worried that one of her cysts may have ruptured, popped…etc.

any ideas on what we should do or if this could just be a false alarm?

When I had one burst it was one of the worst pains I had ever felt, I was doubled over on the ground crying and suppressing the urge to scream. I have a pretty high tolerance for pain so I am not too sure about your friend.
