I had a cyst removed from my right ovary and went on the pill after. I missed one pill and still got pregnant only a few months after so I don’t think it will affect her! Maybe I’m just fertile though… idk… best of luck to her!

All women get cysts(it’s a fact). But most go away on their own. Getting it removed will not give her higher fertility. But she could have PCOS(Polycystic Ovary Syndrome) if she gets multiple cysts that don’t go away, and if she is having infertility. Fertility treatment(medication such as Clomid) could help her. No it won’t because usally women get them when they become pregnant. I had one of my left ovary when I found out I was pregnant. and it just went away on it’s own.
