How do you know when the ovarian cyst has ruptured, or twisted?

2 weeks ago the doctor diagnoed me with ovarian cyst and the medication don’t seem to make me any better…..this pass couple of days i have been getting the stabbing pain, especially while sitting down…and today i few weak, nausea and great discomfort on the right side where the cyst is located….i dont know what to take or do any more

this happened to a friend of mine, she went to the doctor and they took a x-ray and saw fluid from a ruptured cyst. SHe experienced the same thing you are. Eventually the body will reabsob the fluid. Go back to the doc just in case.
are they sure it isnt your appendix? what is the stabbing pain like? i have stabbing pain in my left side, and never went to the doc cause im stupid, but, if you have pain in the right side, and feel nauseated that is signs of the appendix. you should call your doc.
