An ovarian cyst the size of a dime is perfectly normal. Every woman will get cysts each month. When the cyst ruptures it will release the egg. Thats when you are ovulating. You will feel pain. I have a cyst the size of a grapefruit. Trust me, Its no fun at all. Surgery in 2 days to take it out.
If you keep getting the pains I would suggest you get a 2nd opinion.
Hope you feel better
